Privacy Policy for Quattro Synchro
Last Updated: 07/18/2026
KienTech Apps develops and publishes the game Quattro Synchro (the \"Game\"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you play Quattro Synchro on PC (Steam) or mobile (Android, iOS).
By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please do not play the Game.
1. Information We Collect and How We Use It
Quattro Synchro is designed to prioritize your privacy. We do not require you to create an account with us to play, and we do not collect or store personally identifiable information (such as your real name, email, or physical address) on our servers. However, we do collect specific, anonymous gameplay data to help us balance and improve the experience.
Depending on the platform you are playing on, the Game interacts with data in the following ways:
A. Local Game Data (All Platforms)
• What is it? The Game automatically generates a random 8-digit User ID when you first launch it. This ID, along with your core game progress, unlocked racks, calendar progression, and settings, is saved locally to your device's hard drive or internal storage.
• How is it used? This local save data is used strictly to load your progress and maintain your game state between sessions. While the save file itself remains on your device, we do use your generated User ID to track anonymous analytics, as detailed in Section D.
B. PC Version (Steam)
• What is it? The PC version of Quattro Synchro integrates with the Steamworks API to provide features like Steam Achievements and Leaderboards.
• How is it used? When you play on Steam, the Game communicates with Valve's servers to unlock achievements and post your scores. This data is tied to your Steam profile and is governed by Valve's privacy policies. We do not have access to your private Steam account details.
C. Mobile Version (Android)
• What is it? The free Android version of Quattro Synchro includes non-intrusive advertisements displayed on the title screen. We use Google AdMob to serve these ads.
• How is it used? Google AdMob may automatically collect certain device information, such as your IP address, device type, mobile advertising ID (such as Android Advertising ID), and general location data, to provide relevant advertisements and analyze ad performance.
D. Gameplay Analytics (All Platforms)
• What is it? While you play, the Game may upload gameplay data to our own servers. This data is tied to your anonymous, randomly generated 8-digit User ID and includes metrics such as match outcomes, scores, in-game purchases (using in-game currency), game modes played, and general progression milestones.
• How is it used? This data is used strictly for internal analytics. We use it to understand how players interact with the game, balance difficulty, identify bugs, and plan future content updates. This data cannot be used by us to identify who you are in the real world.
2. Third-Party Services
The Game uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you or your device. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these third-party service providers:
• Google Play Services & Google AdMob (Android): https://policies.google.com/privacy
• Valve / Steam (PC): https://store.steampowered.com/privacy_agreement/
3. Children’s Privacy
Quattro Synchro is a general audience game. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13. For the Android version, we configure our advertising networks to ensure that data collection practices comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play's Families Policy requirements. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can take necessary actions.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
Because your core game state is saved locally on your device, you have full control over it. You can delete your game data at any time by:
• PC: Deleting the local save file in your system's application data folder or uninstalling the game.
• Android: Clearing the app's data/cache in your Android system settings or uninstalling the app.
Regarding Analytics Data: The gameplay data we collect for analytics (as described in Section 1.D) is completely anonymous and is tied only to a randomly generated, hidden ID. Because we do not collect any identifying information (like emails or usernames) and do not expose this internal ID to players, it is impossible for us to link this analytical data back to you or your specific device. Therefore, we are unable to process individual requests to view or delete this specific, anonymized telemetry data, as we have no way to identify which data belongs to you.
5. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, new game features, or legal requirements. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the \"Last Updated\" date at the top.
